Ascom i62 voice wifi settings for MR32

Nightingale.PNGI was wondering if anyone uses ascom i62 voice wireless phones on MR32. Users complain of dropped calls. Here is the settings I have for my SSID for voice. Do the settings look pretty good?

Looks like you already prioritized voice traffic on the wireless side. You may want to look at what happens to the traffic once it leaves your access point(s)

Hi @yamahagrizz,

That portion of your config looks pretty solid. That being said, there are many other configs you will want to look at to ensure great call quality through wireless.

I would highly recommend you check out the following KB which has a full breakdown of best practices for VoIP over WiFi deployments.

Hope this helps! 😃

You're not the first person to have problems with that brand of phone.  They really need to add 802.11r support to the phones.
