Traffic Analysis Custom fields

I have setup a bunch of custom pie chart field for traffic analysis i.e port 20000 and named it but it doesn't actually look like this feature works, it still displays the traffic as "Non-web TCP" traffic..

Does anyone else have this problem?

I've never had much luck with it.  Note it only affects the pie chart and nothing else.

As @PhilipDAth said, it is for all intensive purposes useless.  I tried every which way to get some of our custom traffic properly reported on but it is not really possible.

Thanks, thats not great and yes understand its just for the pie chart. I hoped it was me just doing something silly but obviously not.
