The issue of enforcing group policies

Hello Community, 

One of my customers has a full stack Meraki system in place, with an MX firewall and an MS 425 Core switch for L3 use.

They set up a group policy in MX and generated VLANs in the L3 switch because the default gateway for all users will be the L3 switch. Customers currently wish to apply group policy to their various VLAN users, but we are unable to do so. Please advise if any configuration changes are required to fulfill the use case.
