Switches loose connection to Meraki every few minutes since firewall upgrade

Every time we upgrade our firewall firmware our meraki portal goes nuts and looses connection every few minutes. this results in hundreds of notifications as it will be connected to the meraki portal for a few minutes, then disconnect, then reconnect again.

 

the firewall has all the rules that the resource page lists, not to mention it obviously can get out because it will be connected for 5-10 minutes before disconnecting for 5-10 minutes.

 

firewall is a watchguard.

@tomiles : You need to correlate your hardware, firmware and features which may triggered with a known issue. I would suggest you to open a Support ticket with Meraki.

How do we create a support ticket with Meraki? This appeared to be the only way to get assistance.

This doesn’t sound like a Meraki Support issue.  If prior to upgrading your Watchguard software everything is stable then the issue surely lies with something in the new firewall firmware on the Watchguard!
