Mobile app can't enable port with port profile

I have a customer trying to enable a port on a switch which has a port profile attached but they are unable to to enable. Has anyone noticed this behavior on the Meraki Mobile app?

There was a similar post approx 1 month ago about port profile limitations using the mobile app, if interested.

The community can't confirm that. But it's probably a limitation.
