MS350 Cable Test results with Cisco Phone

We're new to the Meraki Switch and we did a cable test on an MS350 and received these results and I'm wondering if some can explain this to me. The phone does work but I don't understand the Pair 3 results.

I wouldn't give too much weight to the cable tests from the switches.  They are a good starting point, but I have seen questionable or incorrect results compared to a real cable tester (i.e. Fluke).

I can't see your screenshot, BTW.  It is also possible that there is a real cable error and a phone could still work.

I don't see the screenshot either.

My guess, the phone has a 100Mb/s port.  Only 2 of the 4 pairs are used - so you may well have a cable issue and the phone will still work.
