active directory MX problem

Hi all,

 

I'm trying configure AD for my MX 80. But when I configured, it has an issue and I can't find anything about this problem on troubleshooting document of Meraki.

Are there anyone have a same problem? and how to fix it?

Hi,

I have not seen this error.

Seems there is an issue while querying LDAP.

Could you try changing the username?

Also try connecting with UPN Format ie. UserNam@Example.Microsoft.com.

I've not seen it either.  Any chance you could reboot your AD controller?
