MX65 as a gigabit home router

Hello i´m looking to upgrade my home router. I was wondering if the MX65 could achieve gigabit speeds with no firewall policies. Can you turn off the firewall?

Yes gigabit up/down

Gigabit throughput is available on the MX250 ($9,995.00 USD), MX400 ($15,995.00 USD), MX450 ($19,995.00 USD) and the MX600 ($31,995.00 USD).

Note that the MX400 and MX600 are EOS on May 20, 2018.

Personally, I have a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Pro 8 for my home network. I would use a MX65 if it supported my connection, but alas....

Yeah way too much money to spend. I´m planning to buy a Edgerouter Pro as a gateway because it´s the best bang for the buck
