Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone that is an Apple auth repair agent is using Cisco firewalls? When we use Apple diagnostics the MX is blocking the communication back to our server.
I can supply all the information Apple has given me around it but I cannot seem to get through it.
Looking for any guidance
