MX Security Appliance VPN Setup

Hi,

 

I have two MX 84 devices and planned to configured VPN setup. can anyone guide me?

Building a reputation

On your dashboard click on security & SDWAN

Then under configure click on Site-to-Site VPN

make one the hub and makie the other a spoke and thats it, for more info check the link below

Hi Sankar

 

MX 84 Supports following VPNs

 

1. Site to Site [IPSec Tunnel between offices]

2. Client VPN [L2TP Tunnel for roaming users]

 

Which kind of VPN are your planning to configure.

 

As @route_map suggested you may follow the documentation / tutorial accordingly.

Kind of a big deal

If you're doing the Client VPN and run into problems setting it up on end user devices, you're not alone. It's especially finicky on Windows10. There's a lot of helpful posts on this forum about that.

 

Biggest pro-tip for Win10 is install via PowerShell.
