MX Firewall Outbound Rules - UX Change

I noticed today that the UX MX appliance's Layer 3 Outbound rules changed to a scrolling menu. Anyone else see the same thing? Was this announced to anyone?

What version are you running?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
