Limited Internet connectivity

In our organization, we have an SD WAN setup running on MX 84 as the default gateway. We are facing a challenge of internet connection when activating office applications. We are using office 365 and unable to activate the office applications.

Additionally, our servers running on windows server 2019 are unable to download updates.

Kindly assist.

Are you using ips and/or content filter?

Check the security center and event log if something gets blocked

I actual have no filters or polices on the MX.
