How to block zalo and viber on Meraki dashboard

Hello everyone,

Could you please show me how to block zalo web, zalo app and viber app on meraki dashboard.

These apps can be blocked using Layer 7 firewall rules and/or Content Filtering, depending on your MX model and license.

 

Add rules under Layer 7 > Block Web Traffic by Hostname

You can often block an app by creating Layer 3 firewall rules that block all access to the DNS domains it uses.

 

I asked Gemini:
What DNS domains does zalo web, zalo app and viber app use? I want to block them on a firewall.

Note the "Firewall Blocking Tips" section at the bottom.  Except I would just block all IP traffic.
