Meraki Security Camera - MV22 and MV72 - on HP PoE switch and SOPHOS Firewall

Hi All,

I am planning to use the Meraki Security Cameras MV22 - Indoor and MV72 - Outdoor. But it will be using the HP PoE switch for the physical connectivity and SOPHOS Firewall for the Internet access.

I would like to know will there be any challenge or it should be straightforward once i will connect these Meraki Security Cameras to the LAN (which has the Internet Access already) it should work fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions ???

Thanks

The MX72 needs 802.3at power, so make sure the HP switch is 802.3at.

When you log into the Meraki Dashboard you can go "Help/Firewall Rules" in the top right hand corner.  That will give you the rules to configure on your Sophos firewall.

this will work... Or as Philip said, you can configure the following:

Dashboard (top right) -> Help -> Firewall Info
