Exporting Video

Can view live feed, but when trying to export a video it says: Camera offline. Unable to export.

I had a client that had the same issue previously. The issue found was a port not being opened on the firewall. Could not export files, and could not view camera feed external to the building. (not direct connection to the camera) I would recommend starting in the same area to verify.
