Your wish is not valid

I guess I have been making too many wishes, because no matter how I frame this one the Dashboard refuses to accept it.

Couldn't this cause privacy issues as someone could simply change the number. Not that my support tickets are ever interesting but I still would rather Joe Bloggs not be able to see them as it may contain confidential information.

Surely you could limit the URL  to be available only to Organization administrators. I could see a great use case for this within a large operations environment.

There would be no security issue.  You would need exactly the same access rights as you do now to access a support case.

Have you tried resubmitting this without the URL example? I don't actually know what limitations are put on Dashboard wishes, but my initial guess would be that it rejects anything with a link.

I ended up creating a pretend URL that was not an actual URL.

Did that ultimately let your wish go through?
