Hi Meraki

 

We as a business are trying to associate and have our sales people do the training and have logged a case with the Meraki Online Learning <onlinelearning-help@meraki.com> but we are having trouble getting a response. Please can you assists us as our users cannot see the sales training modules on there profiles.

It seems that some of your users are encountering a data synch issue that causes them to not be properly configured as partners in our online learning system.
