System Manager Status

Hello,

I have stated enrolling devices in the System Manager using DEP through a managed appleID, however today the 2 test devices are showing on the dashboard, and the other devices are not showing macOS/Windows (i have made sure the right hand side is showing General, not DEP) is anyone having dashboard issues ? Also Apple Config cannot deploy error message -

Provisional Enrollment failed.

Unable to communicate with the local cloud configuration service. [MCCloudConfigErrorDomain – 0x80EF (33007)]

@Peter_Inveros what version of iOS are the iPAds running, they need to be version 11 to enrol in DEP via configurator.

If you go to m.meraki.com and enter in your 10 digit code do thre devices then show in your dashboard?

Hi,

Have you checked this topic?

https://community.meraki.com/t5/Endpoint-Management-Systems/Guide-Request-Adding-iOS11-device-to-App...

And here is the documentation page:

https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Device_Enrollment/Enrolling_and_Supervising_iOS_Devices_using_Ap...

Otherwise i would suggest opening a ticket with Meraki support. They can see alot more whats going on than we can.

Cheers,

Ben
