Sync AD Groups

Hi,

 

We recently changed our user authentication settings to use Active Directory.

 

We got it working and we tried with one user. After authentication it created this user on the "Owners" page but the problem we have right now is that it doesn't seem to sync the AD groups of this user.

 

Is it a known issue? It's not working even when clicking the "Sync AD Groups" link.

The groups should show up as tags.  So no tags are being created and applied the the owner?

Exactly, no tags at all.

Try to enroll a device with a default user who has all groups attached in AD, then click sync AD groups.
