Meraki Systems Manager Legacy

We have had our Meraki account for a number of years and are now on the SM Legacy licensing model. Things I have been able to do in the past I am unable to do now.

 

I work at a school in the UK and I am trying, I believe, to add a setting which is included in the Legacy licensing model. I am trying to add a weblink to iPads which are already enrolled in SM. However when I try it states that "This feature is available with the licensed version of Systems Manager".

 

I tried contacting support, but they are not interested as I do not have any Meraki hardware. I believe that there is an issue with the licensing side which they can only solve, however they do not seem interested because I have not paid.

 

Has anyone else come accross this issue?

Hello AncDMC,

 

Some of the Systems Manager features, including Web Clips, require either an Enterprise or Trial license: https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Licensing/Systems_Manager_Licensing#Legacy_...

 

If you're at a stage where your deployment requires access to some of the Enterprise features, my suggestion is that you reach out to your Sales Representative to discuss a potential upgrade.

 

You can find your Sales Representative information by logging in to your dashboard and clicking Help > Get Help > Still need help? > Contact your Meraki Sales representative

@AncDMC The free version of systems manager is very limited and comes with no support.
