Invalid Profile / Profile Installation Failed. Profile Failed to Install

Hi all,

 

Today we've been getting the following error messages on our iPads, just wondering are we the only ones seeing this?  Thanks.

 

Remote Management screen >> Press the Next button >> this is what we get:

Error message 1: Invalid Profile

Error message 2: Profile Installation Failed. Profile Failed to Install

Things we've tried:

  1. Remove iPad from ASM DEP and re-added it again
  2. DFU Mode
  3. Supervise the device without DEP
  4. Delete Server & Organization from AC2 and re-added them again
  5. Tried multiple Networks within our Organisation in Meraki SM
  6. Tried using a different Apple Lightning Cable
  7. Tried using different models of iPads
  8. Tried using a different Mac
  9. Tried using a different WIFI
  10. Tried all things above in a completely different location

 

I've started a support case with Meraki Support already and they're super helpful.  Since we manage quite a few schools across the state in South Australia, we would prefer not having to wait until Monday or else our phones will ring like crazy.

 

Any help / suggestion would be appreciated, thanks and have a nice weekend!

Update: seems like the issue has been resolved at around 10pm Adelaide time 👍
