DEP Trouble

Just recived a few of our iPhone X's today and had somehting really wackey going on with our DEP and Meraki instance. The user could navigate through setup, but when it would pull down the configuration and the user would click "next" it was supposed to pormpt them for there AD credeitnials so they can be placed in proper configrations, apps, etc. The device actually said "Invalid Profile". If any of you guys run into this problem here is the steps we used to successfuly resovle and allow the device to go through prestage DEP enrollment:

1 - Check to see if the device has a wireless connection (often with the WPA2 Enterprise it will loose connection).

2 - Plug device into Apple Configrator and Restore it.

3 - During the restore, pull the prestage enrollment (DEP section in Meraki) and re-assign it to the device to the proper prestate enrollment.

All three of these steps sovled our issue. That was today's curveball!

Yucky.  Lucky you have some Mac's to run Apple Configurator on.

Very. We were looking and a lot of people reported that it was issues were certificates and APNs. Did not want to go that route and risk having to re-enroll and scope all of our devices.
