Android Microsoft Apps Wont Install

Hello,

Quick one, we have successfully set up an Android device as am AFW in Device Owner Mode. We have installed all the apps that we want the users to use, but for some reason Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Word will not install. They show as being uninstalled within Systems Manager and when you go into the MDM app on the device, they are grayed out but with an install option. Clicking install, goes through the install process but the app still doesn't install. Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance.

Here to help

there is a big issue since 2 weeks with system manager. it is not just with MS apps, it is with all Android apps

sometimes it works,... and sometimes it does not work

have you open a case ? we really need to open a lot of cases to have the support focus on this issue

Thanks for the response, I wasn't aware of the issues and that is exactly the problem we were having. Very intermittent in terms of apps installing. We have pretty much whitelisted the path to all apps and seems to have fixed the problem but I will raise a support call anyway. Thanks.
