Meraki SM - Problem with some APPS on Galaxy Tab S5e

Hello,

 

Since 2 weeks, some apps on my tabs doesn't work correctly. I have installed Meraki System Manager and have one personal profil and one Professionnal profil.

 

On the professional profil, Quicksupport doesn't work it return me a black screen if i want to make a remote session but on the personal profil it works

 

Salesforce on the pro. profil return me a critical error : " Rooted Device detected" , but my device isn't rooted.. but on the personal profil it works..

 

From where this problem should come ?

From the details that you have provided, I think the problem might be in the App config or the Profile that is pushed to the Tablet. I would recommend opening a support case and have the logs collected from the tablet ready for both the Apps in working and failing situations for us to investigate.
