Is it possible to transfer an organisation(Customer) from a MSP dashboard to a new MSP dashboard?
You basically just need to add administrator access for the "new MSP dashboard" e-mail address to the organisation. As soon as you do that the org will show up in it's MSP.
From the docs:
"To aid MSPs in the management of multiple customer organizations, the MSP Portal will automatically be displayed for any user account with access to multiple organizations."
Word of warning - your support cases are linked to your MSP (Customer ID).
If you are giving a customer access, request the Meraki support team enabling Meraki Branding so you can remove the link to your support cases.
