Supervised iPads unable to connect to new router/wifi

Hi folks, we have supervised iPads through Cisco Meraki. When we changed routers they have been unable to connect to wifi.

The wifi name is the same, how can I get these ipads connecting? Cheers.

Are you using the same WiFi authentcation, e,g.  WPA2-PSK or WPA-Enterprise mode?  Same encryption settings?

Is this Meraki WiFi, or something else?

I suspect you are going to need to look more closely at the oldSSID settings and the new SSID settings on the WiFi kit.

I would recommend creating a new settings profile in Systems Manager with just the new WiFi settings and pushing it to those iPads (And removing the old WiFi profile for testing). I think that will help make sure you do not have any incorrect WiFi settings that you may have missed changing and would be causing the issue for you. That can at least help narrow down what would be causing the problem for you.

Cheers! Needed to playaround with the settings... the devices are back on the network now.

Unfortunately I can't push anything, cause the devices are not on the network.
