We typically start the client connection troubleshooting process by figuring out where the client and the internal servers are in the network, and which switches sit between the client and the internet. The Current client connection widget provides a graphical view of where the client device is located in the logical network and the path that its traffic needs to flow through to get to the internet.

Check out this video on how we use this information to troubleshoot the connection issue.
