Windows Installer still not finished building after ~1 day

Hi,
I created a new network yesterday.
Also yesterday, I navigated to the Windows tab under Add devices.
As usual, the tab showed "Windows installer: Building...".
However, today the tab still shows "Windows installer: Building...".

 

Is there anyway to fix this?

 I replied the following to support.

I don't really need support.
I need the Meraki website to work correctly.
There was a time when a Meraki employee did something to force all Windows installers to be rebuilt.
Can you just trigger the rebuild?

 

Also, is the free version of Meraki being turned off?

Are you referring to a Windows installer for Systems Manager? Can you post a screenshot of what you are referring to?

I think you are running the legacy Systems Manager, since it does not look anything like the current documentation or my dashboard. https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Device_Enrollment/Enrolling_Devices  I would suggest reaching out to support and asking about that.

Users of the legacy Systems Manager are not provided support according to support.

Did they say anything about why you're on the legacy Systems Manger, is it an option for you to bump up to the current SM?

I misspoke. We do not have support because we do not have a license to any Meraki devices.
We're on the legacy Systems Manger for the same reason.

Makes sense. You could try building that installer using different browsers or maybe even try a different computer, but it might just be a bug that Meraki may or may not address.
