Windows 10 (1809) clients not showing up in Meraki dashboard

Hi,

I've installed the latest Meraki client software but the PC is not showing up in the dashboard. Log shows the following errors:

do_blocking_wmi_query(): command=C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe //E:vbscript //Nologo C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\m_A4D10.tmp

fetch(): curl error 7 for url https://cf.meraki.com/cf/config?mac=......

fetch_config(): fetch() false

do_blocking_wmi_query(): command=C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe //E:vbscript //Nologo C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\m_a3FF6.tmp

fetch(): curl error 28 for url https://cf.meaki.com/cf/config?mac=....

fetch_config(): fetch() false

I've found that curl error 7 means blocked HTTPS traffic, but this shows up regardless of if the local Windows firewall is enabled or not.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi SEFE,

I think this was a backend issue. The issue is resolved now as I am able to see my Windows device online again.
