Updating DEP token results in failed to parse service token

My Apple DEP token expired and I followed the directions to generate a new token. Upon uploading the new token I downloaded from Apple Business Manager, I get a "failed to parse service token" error. Anyone experience this before?

@ant350z  I would give support a call, it could be due to the dashboard issues that are happening at the moment.
