System Manager - Apple DEP - Lost Mode

We're just getting started with System Manager and DEP.   We have successfully assignd and pushed our settings to a iPhone 7 so it is in supervised mode.   The phone is running iOS 10.3.2.


In Systems Manager, we are not seeing Lost Mode in the MDM commands?  Any ideas?

It should be appearing under the "GPS location" tab (as another tab).  The tab appears even when a device is not in supervised mode - it just doesn't work.  It should be there even if you have the old style free 100 licences.

 

You'll need to raise a case with Cisco Meraki to get the answer to this one.  Let us know what it was.

You will be able to use Lost Mode if the device is Supervised and you have Systems Manager Enterprise, Trial, or Free 100. 

 

Lost Mode is not working on the outdated Legacy Systems Manager accounts. For more information on features missing from Systems Manager Legacy, check out this document:
