Someone with experience in Integration between EMM and Ticket System?

Hi Team,

Someone knows if is possible the integration between EMM and Ticket system like  Microsoft System Center?

some documentation about APIs integrations.

We are exploring to integrate when help desk when they receive a case by clicking on the username and connecting to SM Meraki and have full visibility.
