Just wanted to know if i am the only one having an opened and as of today still unsolved ticket with Meraki Supoort that i created on March 24, 2017.
This is about a security report, linked to a "check-in" security policy, that never worked.
While I don’t have any comment on the support case. But, what is the issue you are receiving? I can try to replicate it in my instance.
Well i created a "Check-In" Security policy
I then created a Security report to tell me daily who's not compliant with that policy
FYI, the others security reports do work.
The classic support/development issue at Meraki. I bet it is related to a bug. Support can't talk to development, and wont be able to get information on when the bug is getting fixed. Just my guess.
