Meraki Backpack Payload Creating Error

Hi All,

I am not sure if you guys push out content in the Meraki SM backpack, but we keep our AUP and a few others documents in the backpack. We added these items by creating a "Backpack" profile and properly scoped it out to each device. We have noticed that in the device logs it is showing "Error: The profile “Meraki App: Backpack Items” is invalid".

The documents I push are available in the Backpack in the Meraki app. Clearly this is just poor design my Meraki. Have any of you found a workaround for this / experience this problem?

I don't know the answer.

If there any chance this policy defines other settings apart from just the back pack?  If so, is there any chance some of these settings are not appropriate for the device type or the device mode (aka Supervised for Apple for Device Owner for Andrid)?
