Honor 10 Lite, Meraki and Android updates

Anyone else have issues with Meraki on Honor 10 Lite phones where, once the Work Profile is setup, if there is an Android update, the Work Profile becomes unusable. Click any of the icons and they refuse to load. Only option is to remove the Work Profile and set it all up again.
