I am using the legacy version of SM (System Manager) as an Admin account.
When I attempt to search for an enrolled device by Serial Number no results are displayed in the dashboard.
However if a colleague of mine uses his account he is easily able to search by serial number.
My account settings (under Organization > Administrators) look identical to my colleagues.
Can anyone please suggest how I can enable serial number lookup for my account?

the search function is based on what column you actually chose.
On your device list, click the + sign at the top right and select "Serial"
