Asked to Reset my Dashboard Password

Hello all, I was logging into our dashboard this morning and received this message asking me to reset my password. Can anybody provide any background of why this measure is being taken? Just wanted to see if anyone else is getting this message.

I would like to take the time to thank Cisco Meraki for alerting us of their error and taking the necessary steps to resolve it. Thank you for being upfront about the issue before it got more serious.
