Under Windows error 789 the solution is: "Ensure UDP ports 500 (IKE) and 4500 (IPsec NAT-T) are being forwarded to the MX and not blocked." Would this be port forward setting that can be added and what would that look like?

How to adjust VPN timeout?

Hello,
I cannot connect to VPN using L2TP on a Mac. I tried to connect using Windows and works perfectly. When I changed to Cisco IPsec, it seems that is working, but for some reason, it cannot ping to the VPN which means it's not really connected (and the internet connection becomes down).
Is there any solution to that? I'm using a M1 MacBook Air with the latest version of Mac OS.
