Can we control  uplink Band width Usage on APs using API.

Hi There,

 

I think it is a combination of creating or updating an RFProfile and assigning the RF profile to the AP or SSID

 

https://api.meraki.com/api/v0/networks/:networkId/wireless/rfProfiles

 

Haven't done that yet.... Maybe i will try it someday

You could use something like:

https://dashboard.meraki.com/api_docs/v0#update-the-attributes-of-an-ssid 

Take a look at these parameters:

  • perClientBandwidthLimitUp
  • perClientBandwidthLimitDown

 

If you are using RADIUS you can also assign bandwidth and group policy settings.

 

You could also dynamically assign group policies to clients.

Actually i am looking for over all bandwith limit or uplink bandwidth limit

I can't find any API settings to let you set the overall SSID bandwidth.
