Can't regain access to the Dashboard after trying, completing, and removing MFA with Azure SSO

So we setup 2FA for the dashboard using Azure. Realized after setting it up you HAVE to use the extension or the app (extension just makes it easier).

Ripped it all out, and now I can't regain access.

 

Had my counterpart delete my account out of the dashboard and add me back. I use the link promptly and when I make a new password all I get is "server error encountered..." same deal if I do a password reset.

 

Apps used to setup the SSO have been removed from Azure, its been 48+ hours... stumped.
