Has anyone else had a problem with voicemail not playing on iOS devices? Recently, server users have reported this issue.
Yes. We’ve had this going on for a couple of months. A real pain. MC line is a back burner priority at this point. It always kind of was it seems.
Are you talking about in the MP portal or in the emails that get sent? I'm able to listen through the portal, but can't in the emails. I'm surprised they decided to use the <audio> element with such poor support across email clients.
Yes, I mean the email one. I don't know why they don't attach the VM file to the email like most other systems.
