Any word on when we can expect a software revamp?

We are experiencing all sorts of interface issues, and problems with dropped calls and transferring calls.   Any word on when a software fix is coming that may help with these issues?

Thanks, we have opened about 20 support tickets and have not come to a resolution as the issues are due to the Meraki software and we, like others, are needing a software update to fix the issues.
