Switches loosing contact with Meraki Cloud

We have several sites that have quit communicating with the Meraki Cloud for Catalyst Monitoring.  We have verified that there were no changes to our firewall infrastructure. 

 

Is there a way to restart the tunnel service on the switch without rebooting?

I think you should have to open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Does your firewall show any traffic being blocked from the switch?

Anything in the switch log?

Yes, the tunnel can be shut/no shut in the "crypto tls-tunnel MERAKI-PRIMARY" section of the configuration.
