Does existing catalyst switches also can be integrated to meraki dashboard .

Yes, existing Catalyst switches can be enabled for Cloud Monitoring in Meraki Dashboard. Details regarding supported software/hardware and the process is available at https://documentation.meraki.com/Cloud_Monitoring_for_Catalyst.

You cannot (yet) have them managed by the Dashboard, but you can have them monitored, by using the tool on the inventory page to setup your Cat9K switches (except 9400).

The tool (if you prepare a little bit, and follow the instructions) should do everything for you.
