CMNO (Certified Meraki Network Operator) is a full-day virtual training & certification program lead by Meraki Trainers. It is designed to support Meraki network operators. The 8-hour course includes instructor-led presentation and live demos, as well as guided lab lab exercises on the 6-product Meraki full stack.
At the end of the training, participants have the opportunity to achieve CMNO certification by passing a timed 20-question exam. The exam gauges understanding of the fundamental Meraki configuration and troubleshooting best practices taught during the training.
The course is fully virtual and lead by an internal team of Meraki Trainers. The training is divided into two parts:
Part I: Training & Lab Practice
The training portion of the course is instructor-led and includes presentations, live demos of the Meraki environment, and guided lab practice.
Part II: Certification
At the end of the training, all participants will take a 45-minute assessment with 20 questions. The timed exam tests a candidates knowledge and skills related to the specific topicscovered in the training. Participants must earn a passing score on the exam to receive CMNO certification.
