What Is CMNO?

CMNO (Certified Meraki Network Operator) is a full-day virtual training & certification program lead by Meraki Trainers. It is designed to support Meraki network operators. The 8-hour course includes instructor-led presentation and live demos, as well as guided lab lab exercises on the 6-product Meraki full stack.

At the end of the training, participants have the opportunity to achieve CMNO certification by passing a timed 20-question exam. The exam gauges understanding of the fundamental Meraki configuration and troubleshooting best practices taught during the training.

The training portion of the course is instructor-led and includes presentations, live demos of the Meraki environment, and guided lab practice.

Part II: Certification

At the end of the training, all participants will take a 45-minute assessment with 20 questions. The timed exam tests a candidates knowledge and skills related to the specific topics covered in the training. Participants must earn a passing score on the exam to receive CMNO certification.
