It seems like there is a global outage touching Meraki - Insight ( WAN Health ) - Speed tests :
Tried multiple shards , Orgs , Network , devices , users , browsers , computer and so on. It is not a client-side issue.
Opening a ticket. And once again this should be added to https://status.meraki.net/ ...
